Picaflor
Don Virgilio Velazco creates this Mezcal in San Luis del Rio, Tlacolula, Oaxaca. He uses Agave angustifolia (Espadín). The Agaves get cooked in an earth oven, grinded in a Tahoma. Fermentation takes place in pine wood barrels with wild yeast.
