1921 Blanco

Tequila 1921 is formed by a group of tequila aficionados who recaptured the traditional craftsmanship in the making of tequila. The tools and process used today are identical to those used in the 18th century. This procedure creates a tequila that is fragrant, complex and extremely smooth.

Nose: the nose presents a combination of classic Los Altos wet cement agave with moderate pepper, chamomile, and slight citrus
Taste: wet cement agave flavors with a caramel sweetness dominate the palate, overriding the moderate floral and spice components. The finish has low sweetness with medium bitterness, hot alcohol, and a tangy agave after taste
