Soft, delicious and mild cheese, which is made of cow-milk, slightly salted.

Usage: Queso Panela can be used for almost every dishes in Latin America, e.g. for salads, meat and vegetable dishes and for Tortillas, Arepas, Tacos, Enchiladas, etc. It is also good for starters and pure to white bread. Also combined with Ate de Guayaba can be a great dessert
