Ninfa Raicilla
Ninfa is an exclusive, handcrafted small batch Raicilla. In San Sebastian del Oeste, Jalisco the Ninfa team harvests the Agave Maximiliana in the Mountains of the Sierra Madre Occidental. The Agave hearts get cooked for minimum 24 hours in an adobe oven, then grinded by hand. Fermented with agave yeast in oak barrel for a couple of days and finally destilled in an alambique oven.
Nose: Agave with citric and floral notes
Taste: smoke with elegant agave and herbal/earthy notes
