Master Raicillero Gerado Peña aka “El Lobo de la Sierra” creates this Raicilla using 100 % Agave Maximiliana. The Agaves gets cooked in a brick oven which looks like a bread. Mechanically shredderd and distilled in a still of steel and old jars
