In the early 90's Don Gildardo Partida Meléndez and Doña Leticia Hermosillo Ravelero founded Tequilera Puerta de Hierro in El Arenal, Jalisco. Gildardo Partida Meléndrez and Maestro Tequilero Alberto Partida developed an aging process by using Barrels made of white french Oak, like they are used to age wines. This special process creates a Buquete which is reflected in the whole variety of their Tequilas
