Santo Pecado

Santo Pecado is a white Bacanora. In the Region Sierra de Sonora, Rumaldo Flores Amarillas creats this spectacular Bacanora. Made with 100% Agave Pacifica  
The Agave hearts get cooked in an undergroung oven, then grinded by hand and by mashine. Double Distilled in a copper stil pot.  

Nose: earthy followed by citric, pear and vanilla notes
Taste: dry, complex, light smoke and hay
