Wild grown Agave Maximiliana harvested in the Mountains of the Sierra Madre.
The Agave hearts were cooked in an adobe oven, then grinded by hand with a woodn hammer.
Fermented in white oak tubs and double distilled in stainless steel with copper coil stills.
