Mezonte Raicilla Japo

Mezonte is a noprofit organization that promotes, supports and preserves the production and practise of traditional agave spirits.

They promote agave spirits from all over Mexico with an emphasis on Jalisco and Michoacan.

Hildegardo Joya “Japo”creates this Raicilla in Cabo Corrientes, Jalisco.

He uses Agave rhodacantha (Maguey Amarillo)
